l  研究领域                                                                             

主要从事海水鱼类繁殖生理、人工繁育、杂交育种以及海洋动物种质细胞低温保存研究。在海水鱼类性腺发育调控诱导,苗种培育、规模化养殖方面取得了显著的成果,特别是在条石鲷、斑石鲷、石斑鱼、大西洋鲑、条斑星鲽、圆斑星鲽的培育与养成方面,创建了海水鱼类性腺发育成熟人工诱导、苗种培育和养殖技术的新工艺流程;率先开展牙鲆与美国引进夏鲆种间杂交育种研究,获得杂交新品种具有抗逆、耐高温、生长快等特性,通过杂交鲆育苗及养殖技术的示范与推广,累计生产杂交鲆鱼苗过千万尾,产值过亿元,社会经济效益显著。同时建立20余种海洋动物种质细胞冷冻保存技术以及海洋动物精子库,库存精子20000余份,并成功的应用于海水鱼类种间杂交、异源精子雌核发育诱导以及苗种规模化生产中。
