说明: 孙超岷孙超岷,中国科学院海洋研究所研究员、博士生导师。2006年于中科院微生物研究所获得博士学位;2007-2013年在美国加州大学伯克利分校进行博士后工作。2014年入选中科院百人计划”, 2015年获得青岛海洋科学与技术国家实验室鳌山人才优秀青年学者称号, 2016年获得山东省自然科学杰出青年基金及泰山学者青年专家称号,在PNASOncotargetApplied Environmental Microbiology Frontiers in MicrobiologyScientific Reports 等生物学领域杂志发表学术论文近30篇。目前为国际多种SCI杂志如Virology JournalFrontiers in Microbiology等的国际期刊的特邀审稿人。

研究组成立于2014年,主要从事海洋微生物活性物质的发掘和利用。研究组基于丰富的海洋微生物活性物质,从研发人体医药、生物农药及环境保护产品三个方面建立一系列传统或高通量筛选模型,寻找有潜力发展成为生物制品的海洋微生物活性物质。采用基因组学、分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学、结构生物学等技术手段,选取有显著生物活性的活性物质为研究目标,深入了解其在产生菌中的合成调控机制,以及发挥显著功能的作用机制,为新药或新型生物制品的研发提供理论基础及候选材料。研究组现有正式在岗工作人员2人(研究员1人,副研究员1人),在站博士后1人,在读研究生9人。研究组承担了国家自然科学基金、中科院百人计划、山东省自然科学杰出青年基金、青岛海洋科学国家实验室鳌山人才优秀青年及山东省泰山学者青年专家等多项科研项目。目前已培养博士研究生1人,硕士研究生1人。培养的研究生多次获得国家奖学金及中科院地奥奖学金。

 

研究方向如下:

1)在人体药物领域有显著功能海洋微生物活性物质的筛选、生物合成及作用机理。

    以丙肝病毒及其引起的肝癌、肺癌及多重耐药性细菌为研究对象。

2)在生物农药领域有显著功能海洋微生物活性物质的筛选、生物合成及作用机理。

    以农业和水产养殖领域重要病原(稻瘟菌、弧菌等)为研究对象。

3)在环境保护领域有显著功能海洋微生物活性物质的筛选、生物合成及作用机理。

    以减轻海洋环境重金属污染、塑料污染为研究目标。
