研究领域

海洋浮游植物生理生态学,特别是有害藻华(Harmful Algal Blooms)生态学。当前的研究方向主要包括:1) 研究有害藻华原因种赤潮、褐潮、绿潮种源的生物地理分布特征;2) 研究典型有害藻华原因种(如米氏凯伦藻、东海原甲藻、剧毒卡罗藻、抑食金球藻等)的生活史特征如休眠孢囊()及其在有害藻华形成和地理扩散过程中的作用; 3) 研究典型有害藻华原因种的营养方式(如特殊生活史、依赖性营养、特殊营养等)对环境变化的生理和行为响应; 4) 海洋有害藻华的生态毒理学(eco-toxicology)和化学互感作用(allelopathy); 5)中国沿海稀见或潜在赤潮藻类特别是甲藻的分类学; 6) 特殊生境的浮游植物多样性; 7) 浮游植物的比较生态学。
